Monthly rentals only (no daily or weekly rentals)
2. Two (2) person limit per lot.
3. RV’s must be no more than 15 years old and in good condition. Minimum 24′ in length.
4. Cabins are privately owned and not available for rent.
5. Rentals are $1000/monthly which includes water, trash, sewer, and cable, with a minimum of 3 month stay and monthly after a $1000 refundable deposit.
6. If purchasing COA dues are $350/monthly which includes water, trash, sewer and cable.
